We provide you ease of recognizing your print products by whatever name you choose to give them. For example you can have 3 different types of Carbonless Forms within the same order, yet each one of them will be recognized by their respective name and specifications. So you can have Carbonless Forms for New York Office, Carbonless Forms for Virginia Office and Carbonless Forms for Utah Office, and so on.

Please note that the Job Names are unique. So once given, you will NOT be able to change them during the subsequent order process. You can always delete the product and start from another one with a new job name.

2 Part Carbonless Forms Printing

2-part Carbonless Forms are used to make instant copy of the original business documents. These forms save you a trip from copy machine. They capture original text and hand-writing intact which increases their usefulness. Compared to a Xerox copy, 2-part carbonless forms are more secure form of copying the business records as chances of deliberate changes are substantially reduced.

2-part carbonless forms have front page in white; the 2nd part is usually yellow or pink or can be another color of your choice. The colored 2nd part helps in grouping and organizing of business records. The back of the first part carries a micro encapsulated die that transfers text and hand-writing on to the 2nd part. 1st part is generally printed on 20Lb heavier paper, while the 2nd part is lighter 16 Lb paper. To help save on printing costs, a vast majority of these forms are printed in 1 or 2 colors (which are usually spot or PMS Pantone colors). If your business needs full color printing on these forms, only the first part will be printed in full color.

Both forms are edge glued at top to make one set. As additional options and considering you business needs, 2-part carbonless forms will have perforation and numbering or different identification text on each part. The backside of the forms can also be printed.
